Advance Purchase bookings - cancellations or changes are not permitted, non refundbale. All other bookings we must be notified of cancellations and or changes at least 2 days prior to arrival date, in order to avoid a no show/cancellation charge of one full night's room rate. Cancellation with less than 2 days notice will incur a fee equal to one night's room rate.

All reservations require a deposit of one night accommodation to secure your booking. This will be deducted at time of booking from your credit card. Should a booking be cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded in full.
